More than three decades of furniture experience.
LORE MAISON was founded in Sydney in 2026, built on more than three decades of experience in the Australian furniture industry.
Our founding team comes from one of Australia’s established furniture supply networks, with experience spanning product design and development, manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain and retail partnerships.
Over the years, the wider business behind our founding team has supplied products to many of Australia’s major furniture retail groups, reaching hundreds of retail locations across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and beyond.
That experience has given us something more valuable than scale: an understanding of how Australians actually live with furniture. We have seen trends come and go. We have seen what looks impressive in a showroom, and what continues to feel right after years in a home.

A new expression
A distinctly Australian approach to luxury.
In 2026, that experience evolved into something new. LORE MAISON was created to express a distinctly Australian approach to luxury — more relaxed, more natural and less concerned with display.
A new name, but not a beginning from zero.
Our design language draws from the landscape around us: the warmth of sandstone, the character of natural timber, the texture of leather, the softness of coastal light and the muted tones of the Australian landscape.
We call it: Relaxed Luxury.Designed to be lived in
Natural materials. Calm forms. Everyday comfort.
We favour natural leather, timber, stone and tactile fabrics, allowing each material to retain its individual character. Our forms are considered rather than complicated. Lines are calm, proportions generous and spaces allowed to breathe.
But good design goes beyond appearance. We care just as much about what sits beneath the surface — construction, craftsmanship, comfort and durability — because furniture should not ask people to live carefully around it. It should become part of everyday life.
A beautiful sofa should invite you to sit for hours. Timber should gain character with time. A room should feel considered without ever feeling overdone.
